Step 1:
Start by downloading IPTV Smarters app from their own website through this URL:

install the app on your Android device.
Step 2:
Open the app once downloaded and click on “Add user” then click on “Login with Xtream Codes API“.
Step 3:
In this step, in the first box, select any name you want for example “IPTV Xtream”. On the second and third box, enter the “Username” and the “Password” of your M3U line and the server URL which can also be found on your M3U line
The progressive IPTV provider give you a dashboard which you can access your M3U url in dashboard.
Now Click on “ADD USER” to proceed to the next section.
Step 4:
You are logged in Now you logged in and Live TV, VOD and series available to watch Done
Step 5:
You will now be presented with the below screen showing the SSTV IPTV channel categories to the left, the channels in each category in the middle, and a PIP (Picture In Picture) display to the right.

Conclusion
It’s pretty easy to set up SSTV IPTV on IPTV Smarters Pro. Still, a lot of the functionality is locked into the premium paid version. All in all, I would recommend the player, mainly due to the multi-screen support.
